Pay is per container (fixed pay), not by the hour, which encourages an efficient work flow. If working efficiently, pay averages out to be around $25/hour. Containers typically take between 2-5 hours to unload in teams of 2. Depending on the day and the number of containers, daily earnings average between $120-$240 or more.
Payments are paid through payroll bi-weekly. During the probationary period, payments are made via E-Transfer (cash) on a weekly basis.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about the position. Only suitable candidates will be contacted. If contacted, an initial container unloading assessment will be conducted (paid).
