We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking Post-Construction Cleaners for ongoing projects.
PAY:Competitive pay based on experience.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (But not limited to):
Vacuuming and sweeping floors
Wiping surfaces and detailed dusting
Interior final cleaning of residential and commercial construction sites
Cleaning windows, frames, tracks, and glass surfaces
Removing stickers, paint, and construction debris
Sanitizing kitchens, washrooms, and common areas
Mopping and floor detailing
Spot cleaning walls, doors, baseboards, and fixtures
Operating basic cleaning equipment and tools
Following site safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Safety boots required
Safety vest required
Hard hat required
Previous cleaning or construction cleaning experience is an asset
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to perform physical work and lift cleaning equipment/supplies
