We are a company based in the Lower Mainland looking for experienced asbestos removal workers to join our team for long-term work.
Job Duties:
Removal of asbestos-containing materials
Site cleanup and vacuuming
Transfer of waste materials to disposal bins
Proper use of respirators and other PPE
Follow safe work procedures at all times
Follow WorkSafeBC guidelines and regulations
Respect and cooperate with other workers on site
Follow instructions from the site supervisor
Requirements:
Level 2 Asbestos Abatement Certification
Entry-level experience in asbestos abatement
Clean shaven (required for proper respirator seal)
Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
Additional Information:
Long-term work available
Transportation/ride may be available depending on location
