HRD Excavating is currently hiring a full-time Construction Labourer to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who is willing to work outdoors and assist with various construction and excavation projects. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Duties Include:
General construction and excavation labour
Site clean-up and preparation
Loading and unloading materials
Assisting equipment operators and crew members
Shoveling, grading, and other physical labour tasks
Following all workplace safety requirements
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to perform physically demanding work
Reliable and punctual
Construction experience is an asset but not required
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Compensation:
Starting wage: $18.25 per hour
Wage may be adjusted based on experience, skills, performance, and reliability
