We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cleaner/Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance, cleaning, and facility-related tasks. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while delivering high-quality service. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
• Utilize hand tools, and custodial equipment to perform repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks
• Clean Floor, Elevators, and litter pickups around the exterior property grounds
• Clean toilets, Gym, and yoga and dust fitness machines
• Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations
• Consistent communication with supervisors/ managers to ensure the building is secure, maintained and running smoothly
• Conduct facilities maintenance including minor repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep
• Perform commercial cleaning duties such as floor care, surface sanitation, and trash removal
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Handle medium-heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures during daily operations
Experience
• Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with cleaning, including the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
• Familiarity with hand tools for minor repair or maintenance work
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proven ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks
• Physical ability to perform medium-heavy lifting and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term
Contract length: On going
Time 8:30am - 4:30pm
Days: M-F
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
