Now we are looking for new clients.
We can do:
houses,apartments,offices,pharmacies,stores,offices,buildings,etc.We offer one time,regular cleaning (weekly,bi-weekly,monthly cleaning) and moving out cleaning,we also do carpet wash and painting too.
🍁 🍁 Hourly rates:
🍁 General cleaning $30 per hour per person,minimum 3 hours or more;
🍁 Deep cleaning such as only bathrooms,kitchen stove/fridge/oven etc:$33 per hour,minimum 3 hours or more;
🍁 Move-out cleaning:$36 per hour,minimum 4 hours or more.
🍁 If your place is very far away from our cleaners,extra $2 per hour needed.
🍁 Carpet wash:$50 per room,but minimum $80 per visit if only one room;$100 for two rooms,etc.
🍁 And,I have carpet vacuum for rent $10 per day,carpet wash machine for rent $20 per day.
🍁 For painting and wall surface painting fix:one room $600 including good paints, damage fix $100-200,we can discuss according to actual condition.
