This assist-a-tray is in like new condition. We've only used the handle and never the TV tray. It was used in our moms house at the end of the sofa to aid her in getting up and down from couch. It is fully adjustable to fit your desired height and the base is fully adjustable to fit under the legs of any sofa, loveseat or chair. It has the original packing box and instructions. These retail for 200 to 300.
