Single mom on disability looking for a 1 bedroom suite for me and my 9 year old daughter. We do have 2 cats, we are super clean and respectful. I just want a safe place for my child. Because I am on disability I can't afford a lot however because I am not working I would be able to help with grounds maintenance. Can afford $1000 a month and any help you need to make up the difference.
