I had purchased a bag and mounting bracket for the boys 2 years ago, it was mounted proper on the 2 setting bracket. No Bag Included.
(Adjustable bag height) with chains ,
mounted in one location the time that we had it.
The bag got well used so all that is remaining is the hanging bracket
Now they are in a different stage of there growing up age and wouldn't have interest to use it at all,if I did buy another bag.
Grab it ,mount it , hang up your brand new bag that you received from Santa and start putting it to use and enjoy time with him or her for a workout, practice personal protection moves or even as a pastime .
