We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Taverna Gorgona a busy, family-owned Greek restaurant with a great work environment and proud local reputation.

Experience as a line cook (Greek or Mediterranean experience is a big plus)
Ability to work on grill, sauté, fryer, and prep
Strong attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to spec
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow health & safety standards
Work as part of a team during busy service
