**Location:** Taverna Gorgona

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Server and Lead Server.
**Job Description:**
As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Delivering authentic Greek dishes and beverages to tables.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments and processing transactions.
- Upselling menu items and promoting specials when appropriate.
**Requirements:**
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous serving or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- A passion for food and providing exceptional guest experiences.
