The Marketing Coordinator is a key figure in the success of our digital advertising campaigns. In addition to being the key point of contact with high-level executives from the client side, the Marketing Coordinator works with the advertising team, sales team and other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly and client is happy with the results.
This gives the marketing coordinator a 360 degree view of every aspect of a successful online marketing campaign, and provides valuable experience that will be useful in a wide-variety of career paths in the marketing industry.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate who is hungry and willing to learn or someone who is very experienced. A successful candidate must also be someone who gets excited about a challenge as this position is very fast-paced and challenging. Candidates must possess strong decision making skills, and the ability to organize priorities and meet tight deadlines.
The position also requires a large amount of written and verbal communication. Strong communication skills are required. You will be hosting zoom meetings with clients and communicating directly with in-house staff and third-party vendors.
To succeed in this role basic knowledge of the real estate industry and mortgage industry would be a huge asset. You don't have to be very very technical as we are willing to train the right candidate.
-Coordination experience in one form or another
-A high level of personal organizational skills
-Strong verbal/written English communication skills
-Ability to communicate with clients over Zoom meetings and telephone
-Great people skills
-The ability to manage multiple projects
-The ability to meet deadlines
-The ability to work independently while minimizing mistakes
-Some level of familiarity with how online advertising works is preferred
-Strong typing skills (Minimum 40 words per minute)
-Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing Program or Graduated with either a Marketing diploma, BBA, or Bcomm Degree.
-Video editing skills is a plus.
