This is the real deal - he is an actual 'Bottle Brush' from the 50s - take a look at the close-ups of his strands and you'll see what I mean. He has a very strong double wire core and he is large - 24" across (2 feet) - that is a size your rarely see for these old ones. His brush width is 4". You can get an idea of his size when you see the hand in the picture. He would make a really lovely showing on the door or if you want to be safe, inside over the mantlepiece. We personally never had him outside. He has old 50s mercury glass balls wired (not glued) and the old vintage soft plastic bells with the 'Merry Christmas' Sign. I added the ribbon myself - just seemed like it needed it. With the decorations not glued (as everything is now) you are able to change the look of it year after year.
