Striking pair of hand-carved male and female busts, each approx. 7.5” tall and 2.75” wide, etched with traditional tribal-style details and vibrant reddish-brown and black stain. Carved from solid wood with “Jamaica” engraved on the tops — likely mid-to-late 20th century Caribbean folk art. The male figure features a beard, while the female has carved braids and stylized ornamentation.
