Vintage Shawnee Ceramic Teapot "Tom the Piper's Son", Patented USA.

"Tom, Tom, The Piper's Son, stole a pig and away he run!" Tom's right arm is wrapped around the pig which forms the spout, and his left hand is wrapped around an ear of corn.

This charming teapot measures approx. 8" wide x 5" deep x 7" high, was made in the 1940's by Shawnee Pottery Co. and is in overall good condition - no chips, cracks, however some crazing inside bottom of teapot.
