The fabric is slinky and light weight - stretchy - think comfort and style. It is made of 92% polyester and 8% spandex so there is plenty of give. The size is Large. The waist size is 18" across when folded flat. (check against your other skirts) It has an elasticized waist. Brand new - never worn - still has it's tag. 24.5" from waist to hem.
