This beautiful classic skirt is brand new - never worn. It's a comfortable slip-on, easy-wear style. The elastic waist is a nice big comfortable band. Picture it with a beautiful white blouse - perhaps accented with a shiny black belt or go more casual with a black sweater. So many wonderful possibilities - you'll look festive and different every year. From top to bottom the skirt is 40" long (the black elastic being about 2" of that). The fabric has that crisp taffeta feel. Made of 100% polyester and it can be washed at home. Size is Medium.
