Customers range from on call metal pickups, one time metal pickups, recurring weekly and monthly services, junk removal, yard clean ups and general waste. Some customers are just the odd pick up others house totes and bins that we have provided for their convenience.
More recently we have established a roll off division and service customers with roll off bin rentals or one time dump and return jobs.

1 - 5 ton 35 yard box with power tail gate and tipper box
1 - 1 pick up with power tailgate

Misc. equipment includes: tools, generators, pallet jacks, dollies, safety equipment, barrels, totes, roller totes, 2 storage container. All equipment in a month to month rental yard that may be transferable to the new owner.
All trucks have been serviced by a ICBC certified mechanic. All vehicles and equipment are free and clear. Everything you need to continue business as usual or add to your existing business. Slowly planning to retire, that is why we are selling.
This is for sale as a package. We are not interested in establishing a partnership, offering financing or wanting to speak with business consultants about other options.
