Owner maintenance category Champ. New fabric several years ago. 90 hp Continental Engine. Needs annual. Not currently airworthy. Was flying great before owner passed away.

Converted from 7AC to 7CCM in Ontario in 1966.
Well known and highly regarded owner who had built a few aircraft and had been a sheet metal worker and machinist by trade. He also built a wooden Fly-baby I believe is still flying and a SE5 replica owned now by the Langley Museum of Flight which flew in France over the Vimy Memorial on the 100th anniversary of the battle. ( He also knew how to do wood work)
Metal prop. Large tires.
Inside hangar since recover except when it was flying.
Float project available as a free extra bonus.
Great compression at last annual. Run regularly.
4 spare O-200 cylinders without tags in what appears to be great condition also available as separate item. Also Spare carb. Nothing wrong with current one, I am aware of but good to have spares.
No electrical system. Hand starting. No radio or transponder. Has ELT good till mid 2020. Not yet installed.
A wind generator could run transponder and handheld radio - possibly mounted with a rechargeable battery.
Days after morning rush hour or afternoons before tunnel change over best - or weekends.
