The season is late summer and all the snow has melted from the mountains.
So the campfire was not built to create warmth but for the sheer enjoyment
of seeing its simple beauty. The fire is blazing and very hot. The viewer is
close to it for an immediate experience right in front of you.
It's a campfire during sunset in the mountains. The setting is not any one
place but a combination of landscape elements from Yosemite.
