As new. Used only a few times. I purchased it at the same time as espresso/coffee machine.
We don't need it as going to the big fridge for the milk/cream each time is okay. And because this is a home use, not office, I like to rinse the milk unit on our coffee maker each time.
If you need one for your office espresso/coffee machine, this is perfect!
It comes with a plastic container (I've never used it but misplaced the lid, but I have one that could work). But, the unit accommodates a 2l carton, so it's not needed. You can feed the tube from your coffee machine through either side or the top.
Bonus!-The cooler can be switched to heat mode! So, if you need something kept warm....
