The home also has a self-contained fully furnished 1-bedroom in-law suite with its own laundry at ground-level that is not included in this offer. The suite may or may not be occupied during your stay. The in-law suite is fully insulated and soundproofed.

Will accept new arrivals (without furniture) to the Vancouver area, couples temporarily waiting during construction or renovations/repairs of their principal residence, film industry staff, temporary workers, visiting relatives, home owners who have sold their principal residence and delayed their next purchase, etc. Please do not respond to this ad if you are looking for a long-term rental as this is a sublease offer with specific criteria to be met. Note, for example, that I will not permit any personal furniture, furnishings or larger boxes to be brought into the home or stored anywhere on the property.

Everything (all utilities such as metered water, gas, electricity), unlimited high-speed internet (1 Gbps), all gardening and lawn care, etc.) is included. A security/damage deposit of approximately $2500 and a deduction for excess cleaning will apply to guests who do not leave the home in original condition.
