Job in a nutshell:
* full-cycle bookkeeping with minimal supervision.
*Invoicing and A/R management; Accounts Payable.
*all financial records through QuickBooks
*Posting bills, reconciling vendor statements and preparing payments.
*Reconciliation of bank account and credit card statements.
* payroll. T4's and ROE's.
*Preparing monthly and quarterly financials.
*Government and WCB remittances.
*Collaborating with company accountant at year end.
*General office administrative duties as assigned.
*QuickBooks/ Bookkeeping experience
The salary can be based on work experience, this is a casual office where you will be working on tasks by yourself.
