Pet-Friendly Shuttle from YVR to Van Isle?

Are there any pet-friendly shuttle-type services that can pick up at Vancouver Airport in the afternoon and deliver 2 adults, 2 dogs, 2 crates, 2 large bags and 2 surfboards to West Vancouver Island? Would be for the beginning of April.

Can pay cash/e-transfer/Wise transfer...We cannot rent a vehicle as will be arriving from out of the country and don't have a current CC.
