Position OverviewRole: Full-Time or Part-Time Coach Bus Driver
Location: Richmond area (convenient on-site parking available for your vehicle during shifts)
Vehicles: Drive our spacious, modern Prevost coach buses designed for comfort and efficiency
What You'll Do: Safely transport passengers on various routes, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Experience with passengers is essential, as you'll represent our company with every trip!
Flexible Scheduling That Fits Your Life We prioritize work-life balance! Full-time positions offer 40 hours per week, with the option to select your daily hours: choose 6, 8 or 12-hour shifts, to enjoy more free days. Multiple shifts are available, including early mornings, mid-days, and evenings ideal for your schedule.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: $27 - 30 CAD, based on experience
Payment Options: Paid bi-weekly via regular payroll (including vacation pay) or as an independent contractor – choose what works best for you

Qualifications We're Looking For Valid Class 1 or 2 license with airbrakes endorsement
Clean driver's abstract in good standing
Fluent English communication skills (key for passenger interactions)
Reliable cell phone for on-the-job coordination
A professional demeanor and dedication to safe, customer-focused driving
