About the Role
We are currently expanding our Carpentry Department and looking for experienced Installers, and Finishers to join our team. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment working on high-end marine interiors, structures, and components, contributing directly to the quality and craftsmanship our clients expect.

What you'll be doing:
• Interpret drawings and specifications to perform layout, framing, installation, and finishing of yacht interiors.
• Construct, fit, and assemble wood structures, panels, and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
• Install walls, ceilings, doors, bulkheads, and built-in furniture according to marine design requirements.
• Perform finishing work including trimming, sanding, fitting, and detailing.
• Collaborate closely with project leads and other trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, paint) to ensure quality and schedule alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and WorkSafeBC standards.
What you bring to the table:
• 3+ years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in marine, millwork, or residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Marine experience is an asset but not required.

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials and equipment
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights, and around machinery
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended periods
Work Environment
• Shop and field-based industrial environments
• Exposure to noise, heat, dust, and mechanical hazards
• Overtime or shift work may be required based on operational needs
