Part Time Telemarketer / Sales Lead Generator (In-Office)
We are seeking a reliable and confident Part Time Telemarketer / Sales Lead Generator to support our sales efforts through outbound cold calling from our internal CRM contact list. This role is based in our Richmond, British Columbia office and requires in-person attendance two days per week, four hours per day. The successful candidate will play a key role in initiating contact with prospective clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting basic sales administration.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with cold calling and is highly comfortable working with CRM systems, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong verbal communication skills, professionalism on the phone, and the ability to work independently are essential. In my view, this role is best suited to someone who enjoys structured outbound work and understands that consistency and confidence are critical to success in a cold-calling environment.
