• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service (moving company experience is a plus)
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Must be comfortable handling calls, emails, bookings, scheduling, and company paperwork
• Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and messages promptly
• Manage daily bookings and schedules
• Handle emails, contracts, and paperwork for moves
• Communicate with moving crews and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain friendly and professional communication with all clients
