Can be configured as a sling or backpack. Side opening is a full passthrough with velcro style organizer dividers. I used this with APS-C Sony mirrorless bodies, worked well with NEX-7 / A6500 sized cameras and lenses. It's on the small side for DSLRs like my A900.
In good condition, all zippers work and no holes in the fabric. Does show some wear. Havent used it enough in recent years to justify keeping it around.
