Service Receptionist (Vancouver)

We are currently looking to fill a Full Time Service Receptionist position for Kia Vancouver.

The skills that are needed in order to excel at this position are as follows:

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills
Positive and courteous telephone etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance
Ability to multi task without compromising on quality
Extremely dependable and punctual
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
Positive can do attitude with a willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professional with both co-workers and customers
The duties that will be required, but not limited to are as follows:

Booking service appointments
Closing work orders
Taking credit card/debit card payments
Data entry and clerical skills
Service Filing
Wage is dependent upon skill set, knowledge of programs (ADP, Microsoft Office Applications and X-Time) and prior experience on the phone.

Training will be provided on site.

The dealership is located in South Vancouver and is accessible by public transportation.

We are looking for individuals that are reliable, hard working and be able to work well under pressure, as this is a high volume dealership.
