Location: Richmond / Greater Vancouver
Hours: Part-time (approx. 4 hours/day, 10am–2pm + 1 flexible hour later in the day for emails/calls)
Compensation: $22–$26/hour

We’re looking for a hands-on, focused, chaos coordinator who can support the owner and help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
Operational Support
Data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital files
Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and simple bookkeeping
Help onboard new clients and new employees
Manage workflows and monitor deadlines
Assist with scheduling client appointments
Conduct market research as needed
Light operations support for cleaning & promo divisions
Administrative Support
Manage and respond to emails
Maintain calendars and schedule meetings
Draft, format, and proof documents and correspondence
Upload and organize receipts into Dropbox
Run local errands occasionally
Provide general administrative & personal assistant support to the owner
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an assistant or administrative support role
Strong time-management and organizational skills (must LOVE structure)
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable juggling different tasks—but staying focused
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
High level of discretion with confidential information
Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana, Jobber, etc.)
Ability to use ChatGPT/AI tools to streamline tasks
Willingness to learn new tools and light tech skills
Must be local for in-person tasks when needed
Must have a valid SIN and sign a confidentiality agreement
Nice-to-Have Skills
Canva skills (bonus: Photoshop or Illustrator)
Experience supporting a small business or entrepreneur
Comfort with basic workflow or systems building
