Our manufacturing client in Richmond is looking for a superstar Sales Coordinator/Admin

If you like to be an important link in the company chain then this role is for you!

Responsibilities

Support sales team, customers, channel partner and logistics
Prepare and process quotes ( pass along any key information to sales reps)
Learn about the packaging industry
Prepare and maintain various reports using advanced excel and ERP skills
Update current projects detailing plans and progress in the system
Follow up with customers for sample distribution
Collect customer info for payments

Requirements

Post-secondary would be considered an asset
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to multi task
Hardworking and a true team player
Motivated and Enthusiastic
Fluent in English
Experience extracting Data from a computerized ERP/MRP system
MS Office- Intermediate to Advanced Excel-ability to run reports
Experience in a manufacturing environment or with packaging products is considered an asset.
Must be legally available to work in Canada without Sponsorship
