And I had sent to mechanic shop for fixing the issues in that description (the shop is very busy and need to wait up to 2 weeks for repair). After long wait, the shop contacted and said the car leaks (from sunroof) and should drive home wait for leaked water dried first and leak fixed (I don't know how much to replace the sunroof seal which is a new problem unaware of when bought. Not sure if the previous owner was aware of it as he had covered parking.) which is hassle in current raining season for outdoor parking to dry.
