2006 Nissan Xtrail SE 4WD /w Adventure Package - $3,500 (Richmond)

Selling my 2006 Nissan Xtrail SE. It has about 285,000 kilometers on it.
The Good:
- Full synthetic oil changes for the life of the vehicle.
- The powertrain is in good condition. No issues with the engine or transmission.
- Power windows, power locks, power sunroof all work.
- Aftermarket JVC stereo with USB player.
- 4 wheel drive works well, especially in the snow.
- Relatively fuel efficient for a SUV (4 cylinder 2.5L engine).
- The crankshaft sensor has been replaced.
- New fuel pump ($1000) in June of 2025.
- New spark plugs and ignition coils in January of 2025.
- Adventure package! Very rare vehicle option. Less than 100 of these exist in Canada. Includes 17 inch wheels and overhead lights for going off road on trails or hunting dinosaurs (Jurassic Park reference!)
- Full size spare tire.
- No leaks. All fluids (oil, coolant, etc.) aren't leaking.
The Not-so-good:
- Air conditioning doesn't work. Might need to be recharged, or might need repair.
- The vehicle will need an alignment soon.
- There is a small star crack in the windshield, about 2cm large.
- The paint/clear coat is fading and coming off. See pictures.
- The horn doesn't function correctly.
- The rear seats have some wear. I have kept them folded down flat for over a year, as it's more practical for storage/transport reasons.
- Key FOB doesn't function.
- The fuel gauge has... an attitude. Sometimes it will show an accurate reading, sometimes it won't go down past half way. I just reset the tripometer every time I fill up so I get an accurate reading that way.
- The hood is a little misaligned.
$3500. ICBC says not to accept cheques, so, it will have to be cash or in-person bank e-transfer.
