OpenRoad Auto Group is currently seeking to expand our team with a Full-Time Junior Business Analyst at OpenRoad Head Office.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute and develop process documentation, business requirements, and training materials
Contribute to business process improvement activities through process analysis and recommend improvements using technology, participating as a member of a team in the implementation of technology improvements
Identifying opportunities that improve data accuracy and efficiency of our processes
Assist with change management and training activities
Provide tier 1 support for new and existing business systems
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
While this is a junior position, some experience is preferred
Strong writing skills
A post-secondary degree an asset
An interest in the automotive industry
Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Well organized and detail orientated
Strong computer and research skills (Internet & MS Office)
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
A positive attitude and works well in a team-oriented environment
