We bought this from Marketplace two months ago for our upcoming kitchen reno. We initially planned to use a cooktop/built-in oven combo but ended up buying an LG induction stove instead.
This is significantly reduced as this induction cooktop currently sell for almost $3000 ($2500 + tax).
The reason for the lower price is it is missing a "baffle" (a simple metal plate which is NOT required if the cooktop is installed on top of a built-in stove). If the cooktop is to be installed on its own, the baffle would need to be ordered from General Electrics.
Here's some info about the cooktop:
- One 7" 2,500W, one 11" 3,700W, and two 6" 1,800W elements;
- 11 heat settings allow you to achieve the optimal cooking temperature with glide touch controls;
- Elements detect cookware and switch off automatically when you remove your pan;
- Built-in Wi-Fi lets you connect to your smart device
