Both units feature Reico Titan electric camper jacks to lift them up off the trailer, and the trailer is then removed and the container is lowered to the ground.
Both units include 23' ball hitch dual axel trailer - Unit #1 has CVIP (Commercial vehicle inspected) with new tires, 6k of maintenance done this year, while the Unit #2 trailer requires maintenance and tires.
Units do not include extra elements pictured in the photos (eg. Light fixtures, plants, furniture)
Unit #1 interior features 2 built in aluminum countertops with secondary ‘podiums’, as well as a folding back wall with mounting positions for 3 x 55” displays, updated steel checkerplate flooring, and acrylic mirrored ceiling with lighting mounting points.
Unit #2 interior will be empty (pictured in the last image containing white angular shelving/displays) - black aluminum ceiling with potlights, and checkerplate flooring
