How we will help you learn and develop your career:
• Supervise and ensure productivity on small to large scale projects.
• Experience with Asphalt Shingles, Modified Bitumen (Torch-On), and Single-Ply roofing systems.
• Organizing and managing equipment for projects.
• Ensure and enforce compliance with laws, rules and regulations, especially in accordance with Health and Safety.
• Project management to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Serve as the site contact for our clients and superintendent.
Who we are looking for:
• 5+ years roofing experience.
• Ability to work with ladders and comfortable with heights is a must.
• Must be able to install an asphalt shingle roof.
• Must have experience with asphalt shingles.
• Experience with Modified Bitumen is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work well and communicate with others.
• Ability to help apprentices and new employees in the field of asphalt shingle roofing.
• A willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
