We are looking for the hardest-working, most motivated individuals in the Tri-Cities who want to be a part of a very tight-knit group of awesome people who want to earn what they are worth.
Pay: Our painting systems allow our top painters to make upwards of $30-$40/hour, with our average painter last season making $28/hour.
About the position:
• Fast paced, fun environment
• Hands on experience in customer service and communication
• Work outdoors with a crew of 2-3 people
• Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary!
• Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish
• Company events
We are currently hiring year-round and seasonal painters for the spring/summer of 2026. The position is a full-time hourly yearly or summer job and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company.
Requirements:
• Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer
• Must have own transportation (job site locations change frequently)
• Manual labour and ladder work required
