I am straight up, don't b.s. or up sell, and will beat any written, legitimate quote for polyb(grey pipes) or polybutylene pipe replacement. Don't let grey pipe replacement scare you away from buying that house you want- I can replace it very reasonably-and work closely with a very honest and fair drywaller/painter/tilesetter to bring the walls and ceilings back to normal after pipe replacement.
