Im looking for a roommate for a private room walking distance to Inlet Center skytrain station (8 min walk). The room has a queen size bed, 2 large dressers, closet, desk, computer chair, window, tv, and a silent ceiling fan (added after pics were taken).
Utilities and internet are included.

My place is a 3 bedroom townhouse with 1.5 shared bathrooms. There will be max 3 people living here total. Me (46F) and up to 2 other roommates. Kitchen is large and newly renovated with lots of cupboard space and i will soon install new flooring and oven hood fan. The kitchen has 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, dishes etc. There is a large patio. Washer and dryer in the half bath.

There is street parking, 3 grocery stores within 2 blocks, lots of restaurants, gyms, banks, etc. Walking distance to the ocean and hiking trails and sandy beach. The room is available starting May 25.
