I am looking for small jobs, quick turn over, low commitment. I generally work alone and prefer things that way. I do not hire, I do not subcontract to other parties, what you see is what you get. My strong preference is to work North of the Fraser River and East of Burnaby. North and West Vancouver are common exceptions.
