Unit has been disassembled, ultrasonic tanked. Assembled and if there were any parts looked suspect I'd replace!

This carb was considered an after market upgrade back in it's day. Designed for mild stock engines. Often used on Ford Trucks and Bronco's with Automatic Transmissions. It has the lever for it near the throttle. (Ford Kickdown)
Quick overview:
√ Compress air all passageways and Venturi Boosters
√ Confirm no fuel leaks
√ Confirm choke operation (2-3 mins turns off ) - This carb is designed for a stock engine which my camshaft is not however you are getting a carb that has ran and tested with what I have!
√ Verify air fuel mixture using AEM Wideband 02 sensor - The Idle AFR was set high 12.7-13.5.
√ No base plate warpage
√ Clean and lubricate Linkage
√ SECONDARY THROTTLE VALVE OPENING – 11/32"
√ Floats (leak checked) - 7/16" initial setting / Float drop measurement – 15/16"
√ Test Accelerator Pump shot - Perfect Stream
√ Shooter ID: #28
√ Fuel pressure was 6 PSI
√ Removed gas and stored January 8 , 2026
