We represent leading manufacturer's of shipping and packaging products and supplies. We are located in Port Coquitlam since 1992. We are passionate and committed to providing excellence in customer service and products. We are looking to add a CSR to our office team. This position is full time Mon-Fri 8-4:30
Role and Responsibilities:
-Supporting sales team and customers via phone, email and in office
-Entering data, orders and quotations
-Establishing new client relationships as well as continuing to foster existing accounts focusing on sales growth
-Assisting in general office duties such as filing
Qualifications and who you are:
-Minimum 2 years experience as a customer service representative in an office environment
-Detail oriented and good with numbers/math
-Strong interpersonal skills and team player
-Enjoys be helpful and approachable in a past-paced environment
-Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
-Keen eye for detail and possess optimum organizational skill
-Excellent typing skills
-Must have experience with Excel.
-Experience in Sage 300 an asset but not a requirement
