Admin Manager needed to put together timesheets, bills of lading and manifests to bill clients, work along with the owner of the company to create job quotes, estimates and proposals, and manage multiple spreadsheets to track fleet and insurance, along with other clerical duties such as scanning and filing.
Must have own vehicle to pick up and drop off paperwork from multiple locations. Car allowance provided.
Must be able to work independently and have a high level of organization and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
