This is a Cornet made in Czeckoslovakia in the early 1900's. raw brass - no lacquer, polishes really nicely, recently refurbished, plays very well, and in tune, all valves and slides work perfectly, lead pipe is in surprisingly great shape.
It doesn't have a brand from a company so it most likely was sold before being exported to a company and engraved or stamped with a company logo, and may be a "blank horn" nothing wrong with that. The word Czechoslovakia is stamped on top of the lead pipe.
