We are a trusted restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mould damage recovery. Our team takes pride in helping clients restore their homes and businesses quickly and professionally. We’re currently looking for an experienced Foreman/Site Superintendent to join our team and lead on-site restoration projects from start to finish.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Foreman/Site Superintendent to lead our restoration projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, making sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and with top-quality results.
You’ll supervise and support technicians, coordinate with project managers, keep projects on schedule, and ensure great workmanship on every site.
The right person will have solid restoration or construction experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm and confident under pressure. You should be comfortable running a site independently and communicating clearly with your team and clients. Additional duties may be assigned as needed - flexibility is key.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise restoration technicians and laborers on residential and commercial job sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring deadlines, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Perform hands-on restoration work as required (water extraction, demolition, drying setup, etc.).
• Communicate with project managers, and clients regarding job progress.
• Monitor and maintain site safety, cleanliness, and documentation (site photos, moisture readings, etc.).
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in property restoration (water, fire, or construction-related field).
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC certification(s) in WRT, ASD, or related fields (asset).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours emergencies when needed.
• Technically inclined
