$22/HR to start Full Time Maintenance cleaning staff- Shine Auto Wash

We are seeking a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role that requires consistency, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will be held to clearly defined standards and expected to maintain them daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the property to company standards
• Empty garbage and waste containers regularly
• Remove debris from the lot using leaf blowers and brooms
• Empty and maintain vacuum canisters
• Unclog vacuum lines as required
• Perform routine site upkeep and report maintenance issues
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Demonstrated strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent
• Ability to follow instructions and meet performance standards
Work Environment & Expectations:
• Outdoor, physically active position
• High standards are enforced daily
• Performance is monitored and feedback is provided
• This is not a light-duty role
