We are a licensed (before and after school) child daycare in Port Coquitlam nestled in the quiet Westminster Avenue right next to James Park Elementary School.
We have a large fenced back yard that has age appropriate play structures for children of all ages.
Our downstairs is fully dedicated to the daycare with a large play room and food area.
We are open Monday to Friday, 7 to 9am and 3 to 6pm, with back up staff to help out in case of emergencies.
Our daycare is smoking free space.
Owner and all assistants are CPR and First Aid certified with many years of experience.
I have taken the Good Beginnings: Professional Development for Family Child Care Providers program at Douglas College, and I have also attended many workshops and did lots of volunteer work helping other child care providers in the community.
Each month we teach a new curriculum to the children that includes a monthly theme, vocabulary words.
Arts and crafts, workbooks, puzzles, and tons of pretend play toys. We play outside every day and when the weather is nice we are outside both morning and afternoon.
Currently we have one opening available. Pleas give us a call or drop us a line.
References are available upon request.
We only accept children that range in age from 5 to 12 year old for before and after school schedule.
A little background about me and my child daycare.
I have lots of experience working with kids. I worked at daycares since I was a teenager.
I love kids and I enjoy being around them and spending time with them.
I am committed to providing a Safe, Healthy, Nutritious, Educational and Fun environment for the kids attending my daycare.
I build a very strong relationship with every child attending my child daycare. I love these kids the way I love my own kids, I truly care for them, and this automatically gives them a warm feeling of love and security.
My daycare is fully licensed from both Fraser Health Authority and the city of Port Coquitlam.
I am a member with YMCA child care resources and referral "CCRR".
I am also a member with BC family childcare association "BCFCCA"
