About us: Male is retired from a good job so is home most of the day; Female still works full time weekdays away from home & has been permanently employed at a stable company for over 20yrs.
We have references & credit checks.
We are quiet, clean, great recyclers, don't smoke or do drugs and don't have parties.
We are trustworthy and respectful of your privacy and property.
We are also great house/pet sitters if needed (refs available).
We have 1 vehicle, so need a parking spot but also need to be close to transit.
We need a ‘spacious’ place that is more than 1200 sq. ft. also with storage/closet space and no stairs (or just a few, so a multi level townhouse doesn’t work).
Our WISH list:
- 2-3 good sized bedrooms
- full bathroom w/shower & tub
- full kitchen
- Washer & Dryer (in suite preferred or shared, if clean w/no unrealistic usage restrictions)
